Learning Objectives:
1. Explain a functional contextual approach to ACT case conceptualization
2. Describe the ACT therapeutic stance.
3. Define each of the six ACT intervention processes (i.e., the hexaflex model)
4. Explain a functional contextual approach to ACT case conceptualization
5. Define the three pillars of ACT that guides its practice

Note. This is a highly experiential and skills based workshop. Space will be limited. "Retreat-style" means just that - this workshop at The Omega Institute balances learning with personal growth and development. Most participants chose to stay on campus, as do we. We share meals together and often join in other activities during the week (e.g., meditation, hikes, yoga, evening programs, or join at the cafe for a late night snack). The schedule is gentle, allowing for social connections, learning, and personal and professional growth within and outside the workshop. It is a lovely training environment and experience!
