ACT Professional Workshops
I offer a range of professional workshops for mental health professionals in the application for Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for a wide range of problems. Workshops range from a single day to a week (see Forthcoming workshop at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck NY) and can be taught at the beginner, intermediate, or more advanced levels. Workshops blend didactic, experiential, and hands on practical/skills building exercises. To date, I have trained well over 4000 mental health professionals in ACT in the United States and abroad.

ACT for the Public & Organizations
I offer individualized ACT-based life coaching, consultation, and therapy via the internet using Skype (a secure and freely available video conferencing platform). I also offer talks, keynotes, and workshops for the general public, groups, organizations, and businesses on how to apply ACT where it counts -- in your personal and professional life. This work is intensely practical and offer a range of tools and skills to help you (a) identify your values and what matters to you, (b) become clear about the barriers and blocks that get in your way, and then (c) a range of tools and skills to help you move with any barriers and do what matters to you.

ACT Consultation & Supervision
I offer personal and professional ACT consultation and clinical supervision via Skype. This work is geared for mental health professionals who are working to develop their competencies in applying ACT in clinical practice. I do this because I care about training. Reading ACT books, watching the videos, and attending workshops and conferences is a great start. Yet, I also know that learning ACT and applying it personally in your own life and professionally with those you serve is not easy and can be enhanced by having someone who will listen, give guidance and feedback, offer suggestions, and help point the way forward. That's my role and I value it greatly.
